Rapid Marine Procurement for Critical Bridge & Engine Hardware
12-hour quote turnaround. Certified components, complete documentation, and direct sourcing for hard-to-find or obsolete parts.
Where we're most useful: the parts that have gone quiet
Older tonnage carries engines the makers have moved on from. Lead times stretch to three or four months, part numbers have been superseded two or three times, and the original maker's interest in a twenty-five-year-old engine is limited.
We trace a discontinued part number through its supersessions to a current equivalent, identify licensed-maker and certified aftermarket alternatives, confirm the certification behind each one, and come back with options, prices, lead times and the documentation that supports them. If a substitution carries a dimensional or material difference, we tell you what it is rather than leaving you to find out at fitting.
What we cover
How a request runs
1 — You send the requirement.
Vessel and IMO number, maker and engine type, part number and manual section, quantity, delivery port and date. A nameplate photograph covers most of it.
2 — We confirm what the part actually is.
Cross-referenced against maker documentation, including any supersessions, before anything is priced.
3 — We verify certification.
Classification-society Approval of Manufacturers and material certificates for engine components; Type Approval status for electronics.
4 — You get a quote inside 12 hours.
Price, origin, lead time, certification, and delivery to a named port. Where there is a trade-off between price and lead time, you see both options.
5 — Delivery and documents.
Packing list, invoice, certificates and origin documentation, delivered to the vessel or to your agent at the port.
Navigation & communication electronics
Radar, AIS, ECDIS, GMDSS and associated bridge equipment. Every item carries valid SOLAS-linked Type Approval, checked against the issuing society's register before it is offered — an out-of-approval unit is a detention risk at the next port state inspection, not merely a paperwork problem.
What we don't do
We don't quote parts we can't certify.
We don't offer a substitution without telling you exactly how it differs from the original.
We don't hold enquiries open while we work out what a part is.
If we can't cover it, you hear that the same day.
Send us a requirement
A part number, or a photograph of the nameplate. Either is enough to start.
